At 7COQS, we understand that when you order high-performance gear, you want it ready for motion as soon as possible. We are committed to delivering your items with speed, precision, and care.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Currently, 7COQS ships to the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to athletes worldwide. If you are located outside the US, please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we begin international distribution.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
Standard Orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process and pack your order.
Peak Periods: During new collection launches or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer the following shipping tiers within the United States:

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
4. TRACKING YOUR MOTION
Once your 7COQS gear is on its way, you can track its progress via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
5. DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from 7COQS passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays caused by events outside of our control, such as severe weather or postal strikes, though we will always do our best to assist you in locating a delayed package.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. 7COQS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
7. MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. If your gear arrives damaged, please email support@7COQS.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.
