1. THE 7COQS GOODWILL GUARANTEE

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Whether you have changed your mind or the fit isn’t perfect, you have 14 days to initiate a return through our portal. Please note:

  • Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • Return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are the responsibility of the customer.

2. EXCLUSIONS FOR HYGIENE & SAFETY

To maintain our high standards of health and safety, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the item is handled:

  • Swimwear & Underwear: Due to hygiene standards.
  • Accessories: Bottles, shakers, and socks that have been unsealed.
  • Personalized Gear: Any custom-made or personalized 7COQS items.
  • Final Sale: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

3. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your gear arrives faulty or differs substantially from the description on our site, 7COQS will take full responsibility. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label, and you will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported within 14 days of receipt.

4. HOW TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN

To start a return, visit the 7COQS Returns Portal on our website. You will need:

  1. Your Order Number (found in your confirmation email).
  2. The email address used to place the order.
  3. A brief description of why you are returning the item.

Once authorized, please ensure the package is securely attached with the provided documentation and dropped off at a designated collection point.

5. REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Once your return reaches our facility and passes our quality inspection:

  • Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receipt.
  • Method: We will refund the price paid to your original payment method.
  • Gift Cards: If you paid via a 7COQS Gift Card, the refund will be applied back to the digital card balance first.
  • Bundles & Discounts: If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the proportional price paid for the item.
